Alright, I'm sold! But how much?

Since Brightback brings a unique value to every business based on revenue saved, our pricing follows suit. We start with a six month pilot at a fixed monthly cost we came to based on the median amount of revenue saved monthly by our Brightback customers, and one-time implement fee. After the 6 month pilot, we re-evaluate pricing based on revenue saved specific to your business.

Brightback ROI

Canceling customers cost your business, there's no doubt about that, but so does handling a solution internally. The costs of engineering, product, and design resources to build and maintain in house are tremendous to any business, not to mention time wasted losing customers as you scope it out. For businesses that attempt to save customers manually with customer support, they lose out on labor costs and winback potential from poor customer experience. Meaningful ROI will take years to buy back, and your business will need to leveraging internal resources continuously for testing, optimization, and upkeep like fixes.

Brightback not only reduces internal costs by getting an automated cancel process up and running with minimal engineering effort, or manual save efforts from customer support, but buys itself back immediately in saved customers. Ok, sounds great. But what does it cost?

The baseline monthly cost for the 6 month pilot is based on our median customer's cancellation volume and assumed saved revenue based on that. The implementation fee is commensurate with the complexity of your set-up. In order to know what pricing would be for your business, talk to us
